What to write about

• Report a bug — tell us which tool or page, what you did, and what happened. The browser and device you used help us reproduce it.
• Report a wrong answer — if a calculator, converter or lesson gives a result you think is incorrect, send the inputs and the answer you expected.
• Suggest a tool or lesson — many of our tools started as someone’s request.
• Partnerships and advertising — for schools, organisations and businesses.
• Privacy questions — see also our privacy policy.

Please don’t send us your files

Most of our tools work in your browser so your documents never reach us — please keep it that way. If you’re reporting a problem with a file, describe it (for example “a 40-page scanned PDF” or “an iPhone photo”) rather than attaching it, and never email ID documents, bank statements or passwords.
