This assessment covers the whole B1 course: present perfect (simple and continuous), narrative tenses, used to, future forms, conditionals and wishes, the passive, reported speech, relative clauses, gerunds and infinitives, modals, linkers, phrasal verbs and topic vocabulary.

Speaking
Final speaking task (90 seconds): talk about a decision that changed your life (narrative tenses), what would have happened otherwise (third conditional), and your plans for the future.

Final writing task (150–180 words): an opinion essay paragraph or email on “Is it better to work for a big company or a small one?”
