Academic Discussion: Cars in city centres

Your professor asks: Should cities ban private cars from their centres? Explain your view.
Omar: Yes. Cars cause pollution and noise, and without them city centres would be safer and more pleasant for everyone.
Grace: A complete ban is unfair to people with disabilities and to businesses that need deliveries. Better public transport would be a smarter solution.
