Before we begin, a few updates. First, the midterm will be on the twelfth, not the fifth as the syllabus says.
Second, it will cover chapters one to six only. Chapter seven will be on the final exam instead.
Third, I’ve posted practice questions online. They aren’t graded, but students who did them last year generally scored higher.
Finally, my office hours on Wednesday are cancelled this week. If you need to see me, email me to arrange another time.
