Campus housing board
Room available from January — Graduate student looking for a quiet, non-smoking housemate for a two-bedroom apartment ten minutes’ walk from campus. Rent is $650 per month, which includes water and heating; electricity and internet are split between us. The room is furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe.
The apartment has a small balcony and shared use of a washing machine in the basement. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed under the building’s rules. I work in a lab most days and am usually home in the evenings, so I’m looking for someone who is happy with a calm atmosphere.
The minimum stay is six months. A deposit of one month’s rent is required and will be returned at the end of the stay if the room is left in good condition. If you’re interested, send me a message with a short description of yourself and when you’d like to view the room.
