Agent: Parkside Lettings, Sara speaking.
Caller: Hello, I’m calling about the one-bedroom flat on your website.
Agent: Is that the one on Mill Road or Maple Road?
Caller: Maple Road, number fourteen.
Agent: Ah yes. That’s eight hundred and fifty pounds a month.
Caller: Does that include bills?
Agent: Water and internet are included. Electricity and gas you’d pay yourself.
Caller: And is there parking?
Agent: There’s no private parking, but there’s a bus stop just outside and residents can apply for a street parking permit.
Caller: Could I see it this weekend?
Agent: I have Saturday at ten or eleven thirty.
Caller: Ten is better for me.
